When you make a reservation or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name, telephone number, and email address

  • Reservation details such as date, time, party size, and menu selection

  • Dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests you choose to share

  • Payment information processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)

  • Messages and correspondence you send to us

03 How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm, manage, and fulfil your reservation

  • To process deposits, payments, and refunds

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer service

  • To accommodate dietary requirements and special requests where possible

  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

  • To send you updates or offers, only where you have given consent

04 Payment Processing

  • Card payments and deposits are processed through a secure third-party payment service provider over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your full card details are handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

05 Sharing Your Information

  • We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

  • Our reservation platform and payment service providers, to the extent necessary to deliver our service

  • Government authorities where required by law

06 Data Retention

  • We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

07 Your Rights
